last thursday afternoon val surprised kaleigh with jonas brothers concert tickets for that night. kaleigh and i went to see the boys at the sleeptrain pavilion in concord for their burnin' up tour. this was kaleigh's first concert and she was very excited to say the least! she got a "first concert" certificate from the pavilion which was cute--it had the date, her name, and a place to put her ticket. opening up the show was demi lavato from camp rock. she was good but not what we, and every other girl in the audience, were waiting for.
woohoo!!
nick, joe, and kevin finally came on at 9:00!! (yes, i do know all their names. haha!) the screaming crowd of little girls, tweens, teenagers, and even adults sang along to all the songs. kaleigh had fun rockin' out. of course we got her a t-shirt, lanyard, and poster for souvenirs of her first concert. it really was a great concert!
